Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing nurzun.com/techstack (the "Service"), purchasing any plan, or submitting a website URL for scanning, you ("Customer", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Nurzun Intel provides automated website intelligence: technology, security, SEO, company/WHOIS and compliance scans ("Reports"), and an optional Monitored Dossier with recurring scans and change alerts ("Subscription"). Reports are generated by automated tooling and are provided for informational purposes only.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts in your jurisdiction (Malaysia or Singapore). You represent that all information you provide (name, email, WhatsApp, website URL) is accurate.
4. Pricing & Payment
Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and are exclusive of any applicable tax unless stated. Payment is processed by Billplz (a PCI-DSS compliant Malaysian payment aggregator) supporting DuitNow, Touch 'n Go, and cards. We do not store your card or banking details. A charge is "proof of purchase" and creates a binding order.
5. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewal
Subscriptions renew on the stated cycle until cancelled. You may cancel anytime from your account or by emailing support@nurzun.com; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. No partial refunds for unused periods except as required by law or our Refund Policy.
6. Deliverables & Timing
Free scans are delivered instantly. Paid Reports and the Monitored Dossier are delivered automatically after payment confirmation (typically within minutes; up to 24 hours in rare cases). We do not guarantee a specific clock-time of delivery.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to: (a) scan websites you do not own or lack authorization to test; (b) use findings to attack, deface, or unlawfully access any system; (c) resell or redistribute Reports as a standalone competing service; (d) attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the Service. We may suspend access for abuse without refund where misuse is clear.
8. Disclaimers
Reports are generated by automated scanners and may contain errors, omissions, or false positives/negatives. The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. See the full Disclaimer.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nurzun / nurzun.com is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Service. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant Report or the most recent Subscription fee.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, content, report templates, and branding are owned by Nurzun / nurzun.com. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use purchased Reports for your own internal business purposes.
11. Privacy
We process personal data per our Privacy Policy and Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA). By using the Service you consent to such processing.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. Sections on liability, IP, and disclaimers survive termination.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
