Acceptable Use Policy
1. Purpose
Because Nurzun Intel is a reconnaissance and security-intelligence tool, this Policy sets binding rules on how the Service may be used.
2. You May
- Scan websites you own or operate.
- Scan third-party websites you are explicitly authorised to test (e.g. as an engaged contractor).
- Use Reports for your own internal business, security, and compliance awareness.
3. You May NOT
- Scan any website you do not own and lack written authorisation to test.
- Use findings to attack, deface, disrupt, or unlawfully access any system ("hacking").
- Violate any law, including Malaysia's Computer Crimes Act 1997, Communications and Multimedia Act 1998, or equivalent laws in any jurisdiction.
- Harass, stalk, or build dossiers on individuals beyond lawful business due diligence.
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label Reports as a competing stand-alone service without a written agreement.
- Attempt to overload, probe for vulnerabilities in, or reverse-engineer the Nurzun Intel platform itself.
- Use the Service to infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
4. Monitoring & Enforcement
We may review usage patterns for abuse. We may suspend or terminate access, with or without refund where misuse is clear, and may report illegal activity to authorities.
