Nurzun Intel (Nurzun / nurzun.com). Last updated 17 August 2026. Compliant with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).

1. Who We Are

Data controller: Nurzun / nurzun.com. Contact: support@nurzun.com. We operate from Malaysia and serve customers in Malaysia and Singapore.

2. What We Collect

  • Identity & contact: name, email, WhatsApp number you submit when ordering or capturing a lead.
  • Website URLs: the domains you ask us to scan. These are not "personal data" about you, but we treat them as confidential customer inputs.
  • Payment data: handled by Billplz. We receive confirmation (paid/failed) and a reference, never your card or bank credentials.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, referrer, and device type via privacy-respecting analytics, used only to improve the Service.

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

  • Contract: to deliver Reports/Subscriptions you purchase.
  • Consent: for marketing emails and lead nurturing (you can withdraw anytime).
  • Legitimate interest: preventing fraud and securing the Service.

4. How We Use It

To generate and deliver Reports, process payments, send delivery/alert notifications, provide change-monitoring alerts, and (with consent) send helpful playbooks. We do not sell your personal data.

5. Sharing

We share data only with: Billplz (payment), our email/SMS/WhatsApp delivery providers, and cloud hosting. All processors are bound by confidentiality. We may disclose data if required by Malaysian law.

6. International Transfers

Some processors may process data outside Malaysia. Where this occurs we rely on standard contractual safeguards consistent with PDPA.

7. Retention

We keep order and lead records for the period needed for tax, accounting, and support (generally up to 7 years for financial records), and usage analytics for 24 months. You may request earlier deletion where the law permits.

8. Your PDPA Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent for marketing. Email support@nurzun.com. We respond within 21 days as required by PDPA. You may also lodge a complaint with the Malaysian Department of Personal Data Protection.

We use essential cookies for session/login and optional analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy. You can disable non-essential cookies in your browser.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to under-18s and we do not knowingly collect their data.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy; material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date.
